On the morning of April 2nd, Prime Homes officially commenced construction of the interior package for FPT Telecom’s Data Center office in District 9 – the largest data center project in Vietnam by FPT Telecom Group. The groundbreaking meeting took place directly at the construction site, near Prime Homes’ on-site container office, where teams of engineers, supervisors, and coordinators gathered to discuss and initiate the project.
This marks the first collaboration between Prime Homes and FPT Telecom in the field of interior design and construction, laying the groundwork for potential long-term partnerships in the future.

The ground floor includes a reception lobby, a VIP lounge, and a large meeting room—spaces designed with modern and elegant aesthetics, reflecting the professional and prestigious image of the company.
The second and third floors feature open-plan workspaces, smartly divided by departments and supplemented with breakout areas for team meetings—creating an efficient and comfortable working environment.
We adopted a modern minimalist design style with clean lines, durable materials, and a bold color palette of white, black, and grey. This office is not just a place to work—it is a brand statement, demonstrating FPT Telecom’s pioneering spirit and strong presence in Vietnam’s technology and data sector.
We also took into consideration the user experience—especially that of the employees, who are the primary users of the space. Natural lighting, environmentally friendly materials, and state-of-the-art technological infrastructure have been integrated to enhance the working experience and support FPT Telecom’s research and development operations.
