Interior Concept: Modern Minimalism Meets Cozy Warmth

Binh Trung Tay House is a residential interior design project crafted by Prime Homes, demonstrating a clear and consistent approach to modern minimalist living. The design concept focuses on creating a calm, neat, and practical living environment by using a well-balanced combination of cool grey tones and warm wooden materials.

Throughout the house, grey is the dominant color — applied not only to the loose furniture but also to built-in elements. Grey tones cover upholstered bed frames, wardrobes, chairs, and bathroom cabinets. Importantly, these grey surfaces are finished in soft fabric or painted finishes rather than raw concrete or cement, helping maintain a warm and comfortable atmosphere despite the minimalist style.

This consistent use of grey establishes a unified aesthetic language, enhancing the visual clarity of the space and contributing to a serene, relaxed living environment.

Highlight Materials & Finishes
