XUAN MAI INTERNATIONAL School is a comprehensive educational project designed and constructed by Prime Homes in collaboration with Econs. With full-scope design from architecture to interior, the school offers a well-rounded, future-ready learning environment. Every area—from classrooms to common spaces—demonstrates cohesive planning, appropriate materials, and a modern educational aesthetic that remains warm and inviting for students of all ages.
The campus layout reflects thoughtful architecture: natural light flows generously through the use of large windows, while clean geometry and breathable circulation routes support both comfort and safety. The architectural façade is dominated by white-painted surfaces, accented with yellow metal panels and perforated sun-shading louvers for both identity and climate responsiveness. Soft curves along walls and hallway corners reduce visual tension and reinforce a sense of kindness in design—a distinctive shift away from rigid institutional styles.
The auditorium employs a cool gray tone throughout, complemented by light wood flooring and a matte white acoustic ceiling. The subdued lighting creates a focused, respectful environment ideal for assemblies and performances. Furniture is simple, stackable, and arranged for maximum visibility.
The library stands out with a light, Nordic-inspired aesthetic. White and light-wood bookshelves, ergonomic reading chairs, and playful low furniture create a child-friendly, calm atmosphere. Daylight is maximized through expansive glass openings, supported by gentle ambient lighting from circular ceiling fixtures.
In the administrative office, a beige-white palette creates a clean and professional environment. Practical work desks and seamless built-in storage solutions reflect clarity in layout and work process. The space uses light-toned ceramic flooring and white ceiling panels with recessed lighting for balanced illumination.
The computer lab utilizes long modular tables and functional metal-leg chairs, fostering teamwork and efficiency. A suspended white ceiling houses integrated lighting and cabling systems, maintaining visual order.
The canteen keeps a straightforward layout, with aligned rows of light-wood tables and benches. A warm orange wall accent adds energy to the neutral palette. Cross-ventilation and natural lighting contribute to a comfortable, healthy dining experience.
The music room blends acoustics with aesthetics. Wall-mounted acoustic panels, a specialized acoustic ceiling, and wood-pattern vinyl flooring enhance both sound performance and comfort. Musical instruments are displayed with clarity, and furniture is mobile to suit various activities.
A standout feature of the XUAN MAI INTERNATIONAL School interior is its color discipline: white, beige, and light wood tones dominate, accented subtly by warm colors like yellow and orange. The consistent use of these hues helps unify diverse functional areas, creating a holistic experience across learning, working, and social spaces.
Flooring solutions include anti-slip ceramic tiles and vinyl planks, while most ceilings are painted white and fitted with energy-efficient recessed LED lighting. In special rooms like the auditorium and music classroom, acoustic materials ensure both clarity and quietness. All materials are chosen with durability, safety, and ease of maintenance in mind.
Furniture is also carefully curated: laminate desks, powder-coated metal frames, built-in cabinetry, and age-appropriate chairs are selected for ergonomic support and long-term use. The entire design supports interaction, adaptability, and student well-being—the core goals of modern educational architecture.
