Our Business

Econs Group is a multi-service ecosystem spanning design and construction, interior manufacturing, landscaping, art, and F&B. Through our specialized brands, we turn ideas into reality, creating spaces with lasting functional, aesthetic, and experiential value.

A school is more than a place for teaching and learning; it is an environment where students explore, develop, and grow. With experience across preschools, K–12 schools, training centers, and innovative learning spaces, Econs, a member of Econs Group, specializes in Design & Build solutions for educational facilities, balancing learning experience, operational efficiency, safety, and long-term investment value.

Our integrated process covers architectural and interior design, turnkey construction, custom furniture manufacturing and installation, and school landscaping, creating learning environments that are safe, flexible, engaging, and operationally efficient.

Every project begins with a deep understanding of the school’s educational model and teaching philosophy. Each space is tailored to the curriculum, students’ age groups, and the school’s vision, with careful attention to natural light, colors, materials, open spaces, and experiential learning. We emphasize design solutions that support approaches such as Montessori, IB, and STEAM, while ensuring material safety and age-appropriate environments.

Our projects include Singapore International School (SIS) – Swan Bay, The American School (TAS), Mekong Green International School (MGIS), and Vietnam Japan Kindergarten (VJK). From educational vision to project completion, Econs creates learning environments that deliver lasting value for students, schools, and investors.

Prime Homes does more than build houses; we create living spaces tailored to your needs, whether a home that reflects personal identity, an apartment that maximizes space, or a commercial environment that balances aesthetics with operational efficiency.

As a member of Econs Group, Prime Homes specializes in Design & Build solutions, supporting clients from initial concept to completion. Our integrated approach removes the need to coordinate with multiple contractors, with every stage from consultation, design, and material selection to construction and finishing managed through a unified process for homes, apartments, offices, F&B establishments, and commercial spaces.

One Team – One Process – One Standard

Our architects, engineers, and project managers ensure seamless coordination between design and on-site execution, addressing space planning, materials, functionality, budget, and timeline. Our projects include Vinhomes Golden River, Diamond Island Canary, and Botanic Penthouse. Prime Homes is committed to connecting ideas, design, and execution through a single, integrated process.

A great design is only complete when it is accurately translated into a finished product, as discrepancies in dimensions, materials, colors, or schedules can affect the quality of the entire project. Econs Joinery is the in-house furniture manufacturing facility of Econs Group, specializing in custom joinery production and installation based on technical drawings, giving us greater control over quality, precision, and timelines.

We provide made-to-order furniture, from standalone pieces to integrated systems, for residential properties, offices, schools, F&B establishments, showrooms, and commercial developments. Every product is built to each project’s drawings and requirements, ensuring consistency between design and finished result.

Our facility is equipped with CNC machines, automatic edge banding machines, and industrial drilling and assembly equipment. Quality is controlled in three stages: material inspection, in-process quality control, and pre-installation inspection. Managing production in-house reduces reliance on third-party suppliers and strengthens control over schedules.

Case studies across the Econs Group ecosystem show how design drawings become finished furniture that meets original specifications, uses the right materials, complies with technical requirements, and aligns with project timelines.

Green spaces require ongoing care to preserve their beauty, complement the surrounding architecture, and grow healthily over time. Kira Landscape provides landscape construction, design, and green space maintenance for indoor and outdoor environments, creating beautiful, well-integrated landscapes that can be sustainably maintained.

Rather than focusing solely on initial appearance, our solutions are built around each space’s characteristics, plant conditions, and practical usage needs, serving residential properties, offices, schools, commercial complexes, and service facilities.

As a member of Econs Group, Kira Landscape works closely with the Group’s architecture, construction, interior design, and art businesses to ensure harmony between green spaces and the built environment, with a focus on landscape quality, plant health, aesthetics, and long-term maintenance.

Our featured projects include SIS School Projects, a series of educational landscapes, as well as Sunrise North, Somerset HCM, and SGP Ruby. Through these case studies, clients can see how we address real-world challenges in greenery, visual appeal, and landscape quality, helping every property preserve its beauty and healthy greenery throughout its lifecycle.

As learning increasingly emphasizes creativity, critical thinking, and real-world experiences, art has become a meaningful way for individuals to explore themselves, develop skills, and connect with the community. This creates a growing need for flexible, diverse art spaces and programs. Responding to this demand, Kira Art was established as an art ecosystem combining education, experiential learning, and art services for individuals and corporate organizations.

Our ecosystem includes Art Education, with programs for different age groups and goals, from foundational classes to advanced projects; Art Workshop, with themed or customized sessions for individuals and organizations; and Art Services (Kira Artidio), offering customized design, production, and installation of art products, corporate gifts, and artistic spaces.

Our team of lecturers and art educators, with academic backgrounds in Fine Arts and Applied Arts from specialized universities in Ho Chi Minh City, has supported more than 10,000 learners, delivered over 50 art projects, and collaborated with more than 50 partners. We believe the value of art lies not only in the finished product but also in the process of exploring and creating something that reflects each person’s unique identity.

Modern lifestyles are changing the way people choose and use F&B spaces. Customers increasingly want a place where they can enjoy a meal, relax, meet friends, work, or study within the same experience, with suitable food and beverages and a comfortable environment. Kira Coffee & Food was born from this need, offering an F&B space that combines food and beverages with a versatile spatial experience throughout the day.

Our offering covers three categories: Beverages, a diverse selection from coffee and milk tea to a variety of teas; Food, a varied daily menu of convenient, thoughtfully prepared dishes; and Customized Events & Parties, with tailored space setup, food, and beverage services for parties, gatherings, birthdays, and group activities.

We place equal emphasis on the quality of food, beverages, space, and service, with an attentive team that connects every element of the café experience into one consistent whole. Across the Kira Coffee & Food network, thousands of drinks and meals are served, accompanying customers from breakfast and lunch to casual gatherings and moments of relaxation.
