A Wooden Retreat in the Sky

Wooden Sky Villa is not just a residence—it’s a tranquil retreat floating above the bustle of urban life. Designed by Prime Homes, this villa harmonizes minimalism, architectural clarity, and the warmth of wood into a cohesive, serene living experience. Surrounded by a lush landscape and anchored by a private outdoor swimming pool, it reflects a resort-style living experience in the heart of District 2.

From the first glance, the exterior architecture immediately sets the tone: clean lines, open volumes, and natural materials that breathe with their surroundings. The villa’s layout and material palette are inspired by a modernist philosophy softened with organic textures—a vision fully aligned with Prime Homes’ design ethos.

Warm Minimalism, Seamlessly Executed

Stepping into the main living area, the sense of airiness is instant. A neutral base—white walls, warm yellow-toned wood, ivory upholstery—anchors the interior with softness and grace. Wood is not used sparingly—it flows throughout the space. From window frames, bookshelves, and structural columns to full ceiling cladding and wall paneling, wood defines the spatial narrative, but never overwhelms.

Despite the expansive use of timber, the space remains bright and breathable, thanks to the double-height ceilings and full-height glass openings. The flooring is finished in exposed aggregate concrete, grounding the design and adding a contemporary, tactile contrast to the smooth wood tones.

Craftsmanship as a Central Element

One of the design highlights is the large built-in bookshelf, custom-designed with recessed niches and integrated LED lighting. It’s more than a storage piece—it’s a sculptural focal point. Overlooking this space is a sleek white-painted staircase with glass balustrades, visually light and subtly modern.

The kitchen continues the material rhythm: wood on ceilings, doors, and cabinetry. Paired with pristine white cabinets and a natural stone countertop, it feels luxurious yet restrained. The dining area features a solid wood table and rattan chairs—a subtle nod to local craftsmanship and natural aesthetics that feel timeless.

Refined Comfort in Every Corner

In the bedroom, design purity is maintained. The headboard wall and built-in wardrobes are fully clad in wood. Handle-less cabinet doors blend seamlessly with the surface, giving the room a clean, unified appearance. Textiles in grey and beige bring in softness, while layered lighting adds warmth. It’s a space designed for rest, where luxury whispers instead of shouts.

The villa’s second floor overlooks the entire living room, providing a sense of visual connection between levels. Small spatial moments, such as a quiet reading nook or a tucked-away workspace, are thoughtfully integrated, showing that Prime Homes does not only design houses—they create environments for living well.

Living in Harmony with Nature

Beyond its visual appeal, Wooden Sky Villa embodies a lifestyle philosophy: one where architecture enhances well-being. This is not just a place to live—it is a space to breathe, to reflect, and to reconnect with the essentials.

The outdoor landscape is treated as an extension of the interior experience. A swimming pool surrounded by greenery creates a buffer from the outside world while drawing natural light and freshness into the core of the home.

This seamless blend of interior and exterior, of material richness and spatial calm, is what defines Prime Homes’ approach. It’s not about trends—it’s about timelessness.
