ZEE Agency stands as a testament to Prime Homes’ dedication to building spaces that embody both functionality and brand identity. This office project was designed and constructed with the clear vision of creating not just a workplace, but an inspiring playground for creativity — a space where ideas thrive and every detail reflects the spirit of the ZEE brand.

The overall color palette plays a crucial role in setting the tone. Dominated by warm grays and vibrant yellow accents, the office interior strikes a perfect balance between energetic and grounded. Yellow — symbolizing creativity, optimism, and clarity — is thoughtfully applied in feature walls, light fixtures, and metallic details. In contrast, warm gray provides a calm, neutral backdrop that enhances depth and allows brand colors to shine without overwhelming the senses.

One of the most eye-catching areas is the reception zone, where a custom-designed counter becomes an immediate focal point. Sculptural in form, the reception desk is finished with high-end textured paint that mimics the look and feel of natural stone — subtly luxurious yet undeniably unique. Its organic curves soften the space and invite guests in with a sense of both professionalism and approachability.

Behind the reception counter lies a stunning feature wall made of glass bricks. This unconventional material choice adds a touch of elegance while maintaining transparency and light flow. The internal lighting within the glass brick structure creates a luminous glow, especially when paired with gold-toned metal framing, giving the cabinetry both presence and refinement. More than just storage, this unit serves as a visual anchor and storytelling piece that embodies ZEE’s brand spirit.

Adjacent to the reception is the client meeting and lounge area. Here, Prime Homes designed custom stone-effect tables, delivering the luxurious texture of stone without the weight or cost. Complemented by dark-toned upholstered chairs, the space offers a balance of comfort and sophistication. Every measurement, curve, and material choice in this area is calculated to ensure ergonomic harmony and visual coherence.

Moving further into the office, the main working area is meticulously arranged for both productivity and collaboration. Desks are laid out in structured rows that maximize space efficiency while preserving clear lines of sight. Natural light streams in through large glazed panels, while open shelving and low dividers maintain a sense of connectivity. The space is designed to evolve — allowing flexibility for future reconfiguration while maintaining order and flow.

Lighting is a major component of the design concept. Prime Homes implemented a thoughtful mix of track lighting and accent spotlights to create layers of light that add both warmth and dimension. Neutral ambient lighting is punctuated by warmer tones in communal areas, giving a sense of calm and relaxation. Light placement also highlights material textures, from matte-finished walls to brushed metals and custom joinery.

Throughout the space, brand integration was a top priority. The ZEE logo takes center stage behind the reception desk, subtly lit to ensure visibility without overpowering the design. Motivational slogans are embedded into wall treatments along transitional zones, offering daily inspiration to the team. Even the curving silhouettes found in furniture and ceiling lines reflect the dynamic and playful identity of the ZEE brand.

Material selection and detailing were handled with precision. Every component — from the stone-look paint finish on the reception counter, to the glass-brick feature shelving, to the bespoke tables and seating solutions — was crafted with a focus on durability, aesthetic coherence, and user experience. The result is a space that not only reflects ZEE’s core values but also elevates the daily experience of those working within it.

ZEE Agency is more than an office — it’s a creative ecosystem that represents the synergy between design and brand storytelling. For Prime Homes, this project is a proud milestone: a space that speaks volumes through its material choices, layout, and atmosphere, and a clear reflection of what’s possible when bold vision meets thoughtful execution.
